I am Gabriela. I help founders and entrepreneurs hone business plans and bring their ideas to life.
Soon after finishing my master's degree in culture and media management, I started my own venture- the Hostel & Garten Eden in Leipzig - a space where each room was designed by a different artist. With a social Biergarten and a thriving art scene, this hostel has been a great journey for me. An exhausting but also fulfilling time in which I found myself in the midst of application for start-up grants, funding and loan applications, rental negotiations, fire protection regulations, crowdfunding campaigns and marketing strategies ... This time became the most turbulent, formative and eventful time early on in my professional life.
In the meanwhile, my hostel has developed into a well-functioning and successful company. I started looking for new professional challenges. Since 2020 I have therefore built up my second venture as a Business and Life coach.
My specialist knowledge in setting up and managing a company is both theoretically sound and practically resilient. I combine this knowledge and experience with my philosophy of "Coaching with Care" to bring to you a personalized coaching experience that succeeds in responding empathically and practically to the fears as well as dreams of business start-ups.
